What are the possibilities of somali region getting out of this? Or at least a coup happening in that region.

Somali region is under the former TPLF jaajus and current is a menelik worshipper aka Mustafa qalbi Axmaar.

ONLF seems to be dead.

So the somali kilil are just waiting for instrucþions from the new boss to be crowned soon.

Nothing will change in the somali kilil till the people change.


I heard Cagjar trainning 5k liyu polis its a bit too late and when the new boss comes those 5 K he trainned will.obey the new king in Addis.

UK is already talking about ENDF/Eritrea using rape as a weapon. Samantha Powers and Sudan were rejected by Abiy a few days ago. USA/UK/EU are probably looking for regime change. Now the big question is will the west give lethal assistance to the rebels

OLA and TDF cannot form an alliance until their areas of military operation are closer/or border each other, so if tdf makes it to the oromia special zone in wallo/wollo, or somehow cuts through afar to the part of oromia that borders afars, then i dont see how it could work?

They are both operating in wollo zone at the moment and if TDF capture dessie then they two rebels will come in contact that means approaching only some kilmeters towards eachother but the important thing is wether OLA is willing to make a real move or they will just continue their empty bravado as usual, if theyre true about fighting against Abiy then cutting the roads connecting amhara region to addisababa would only be enough to remove abiys regime and that all TDF wants from this ragtag militia

OPDO are the dogs that TPLF used to use to suppress Oromos.

Not much has changed since before this announcement. Tigray capabilities are greatly overrated due to rapid turn arounds, they are not capable to take Addis without major support.

OLA is rapidly growing and will likey be the critical mass in Ethiopias disintegration. Ethiopias never coming back without a major intervention but without a cold war/War on Terror there just isnt any foreseeable incentive for that for any country.

If Cagjar leaves in the coming months we will likely have an independent Somali Galbeed by Yugoslavia like referendums in a few years for each state in Ethiopia.

Poor abiy is now calling on all civilians to take up arms and fight against TDF, the same adversary that rooted the well equipped ENDF and EDF combined, a pure desperate act showing that the regime's days are numbered

Best outcome will be 5 to 6 new countries will form from the ashes of old Ethiopia. Somali Galbeed, Tigray, Oromia, etc
