Fixed that for ya, Somalia will never go back to a centralised government based in one city, we had it before and it didn't work.

If you personally prefer to be part of Puntland, so be it but a good portion of your clan don't and that's where the problem is. Khatuumo is unlikely to ever become an accepted federal state. The constitution is clear on statehood: "2 or more regions can come together to form to a federal state". So that's two or more regions, not half of two regions as this "Khatuumo" would be formed from half of Sool and Sanag.

The choice here is crystal clear; Puntland or Somaliland? not non of this silly Khatuumo rubbish.
