No, the police and military is fracturing. Its becoming harder to stay neutral. Clan loyalities are being tested.

The more this drags , the more pressure on the gov to act and prove their metal . The opposition are using the same tactics they used against AY : fire weapons on the enemy then hide behind the civilians and when the civilians die , record it and rile more people . Farmajo will be in real mess then . Fighting guerrilla warfare in Mogadishu is pretty much an exercise in futility . Your either have to carpet bomb their hiding places and kill more people like the Ethiopians did or just leave which is win-win for the opposition.

The best move for Farmajo from here is to move the government to Cadaado and ride qoorqoor for rescue
