TBH I think this was a bad move on the government's part. This guy has a martyrdom complex and craves attention more than anything and this is something he was probably hoping for with his provocativeness. Not to mention he has taken up any official position in the two neighborhood administration so it's too premature to arrest him for that.
The government instead should have made it harder for him to do any of his so called Journalism in Somaliland.
