How is that possible? If you don't look after you hair it becomes a Madow like texture? That never happens with me & my hair type O.O

Curlier hair has a dry 'Madow' texture because oil secreted by the hair struggles to go through all the twist.

So essentially, the straighter the hair, the easy it is for the oil to do it's job

That's why people with straight hair generally have greasy hair when they don't wash frequently whilst blacks in America can go for a month without washing their hair.

Of course there is more to it then that, but I don't want to go into porosity and courseness.

The more you know the better.

Having a health head of hair is never a bad thing.

And looking at my family I'm not getting a bidaar anytime soon so I might as well take care of it.

To all my future bald farahs you have my condolences.

Is there a list over the different hair textures ?
this is the most accurate one I could find tbh

What conditioner should I use? I'm use cadaan Becky conditioner and it made.my Timo curly but it's only really made for cadaans. Should I try Cantu?
:chrisfreshhah: Yeah use cantu conditioner it'll make your hair so soft and smell good. You're going to love it. Also buy a hair lotion. When you are finished shampooing and conditioning your hair put the hair lotion on your head first and comb it through when your hair is still wet. Then put coconut oil on you hair evenly to lock in the moisture. I promise when your hair dries it will be so soft and not nappy. Don't comb out your curls when your hair dries too. This will change your whole look sxb. The girls in ottawa are going to think your exotic lol
