So in your wicked imaginery the revenues are shared but it can't be expanded to your side of the city? You don't want the torment but you want to share the delight?

First you say it's shared with galmudug becouse the kacaan built it then you go on and say you can't expand it into my territory, isn't contradicting itself?
Selling my share to UAE and expecting to build on my land is contradicting.

If someone makes a deal to sell your house without informing you, would you accept that?

I was using the house as a hypothetical example...
:bell:

The airport will have to be expanded into PL land and the UAE share will come out of PL's share.

You can not build on Galmudug land nor sell Galmudug share to UAE.
You signed the deal not Galmudug.:icon idea:

This whole conflict could be solved by referendum and democratic means chosen by the people. Of course, you'd have to be civilised

Gaalkacyo is a shared city, and the airport was built by the Somali government not PL, meaning they have to share it with Galmudug because both HG and Darood paid for it with their taxes before the town was split.

Build a new airport if you don't want to share.

Share it with Galmudug kulahaa:lolbron:

Doesn't matter if it was built by Haitis government, its on Puntland side of Galkacyo and on Puntland side of the green line and Puntland controls it. End of story.

There was no such thing as the PL side of Gaalkacyo before because the town was once one. Both PL & Galmudug civilians paid for the airport with their taxes, therefore its revenue must be shared. The Somali government must intervene if PL tries to sell Galmudug's share of the airport.

:mjlol: Look at this Dhullo pretending to know about Galkacyo.

Its not shared, its split into regional admins. 1 unified Galkacyo does not exist. It's divided in 2 along clans lines. The distinction is clear. The airport is located in Puntland's side of Galkacyo and its operated by Puntland.

The airport was funded by Siad's regime and controlled/maintained by the Puntland government ever since. No mental gymnastics can change this fact.

I don't think you understand the politics of Galkcayo at all.
