There is no alternative I've had enough. If she does it again I will quit without plan B, but I will make sure I go out with a bang f*ck reference. I will officially file complaint to hr so that she got a mark on her record and next time she pulls another stunt on another poor worker hr eliminates her altogether as she is a strain to company resources. Hr can't keep hiring people only for them to leave or be stuck in toxic environment. Of course with me quitting and filing complaint I can forget about ever asking for reference that bridge is burned without intending to burn. But yeah I will not sit there and get harassed by some all for paycheck. And next role I interview I will make sure I ask probing question to get a feel of work environment and what their stance is on as far as workplace employees behaviour goes even if it leads to a Yr of job searching so be it. I wanna make sure I accept the right job for me. Am too old for female drama.

I don't fucking know why she is just nasty and hostile to me. She is like that I've been told for many years just a freaking b*tch, but only targets those that are out of her clique. So she is corrupting her nasty behaviour with other young girls in their twenties fresh out of uni. All gossiping and shyt.

I've noticed the behaviour wouldn't stop even if I didn't react to her high-school meangirl type behaviour, but lost my cool recently and went absolute nutz at her but no change by the look of it. If you live with parents just leave the job. I was in a similar situation at a previous work place. I reported her. The big manager spoke to both of us in a room, gave her a warning. Since then she left me alone, only talked about work, but I still felt the toxicity and didn’t want to spend 8 hours 5 days a week with her. She was my supervisor in my department so I had to listen to her. So I just quit. I immediately felt so much better. Couple weeks later I got a job with twice the pay, and I started to regret why I put up with it that long.
