To answer your question, both Black men and women are seen as the bottom dregs of the world, yes, Black men are the most abused powerless group of males on the planet, but it's also true that Black women are the least desired when it comes to dating & relationships, remember beauty is a woman's domain, that's where they compete.
Both genders intrinsically know this, and want to point the finger and assign the blame to their counterpart, when they should be coming together and realising they only have each other.

Divesters are very new phenomenon tbh and doesn’t compare to the decades of abuse that black men have dished out on their women.
Also, Somali women do not have a history of being dragged by their men and their men marrying out en-masse. We have a few weirdos who have low-self esteem like Abdisamad who wants to behave like an AA.
That still doesn't change the fact that Black women rank the lowest when it comes to desirability, Black men lash out at their women because of their pathetic position in the male hierarchy, if I can't compete with other men, then women are game, is their mindset.

Every male? No it doesn’t work that way. There are many men who are into black women and actually go for them. You’re taking it too far. Also, there are different levels of attractiveness and phenotypes within black women. Right now, most people would say Eritrean and Northern Ethiopian women are gorgeous even by non Blacks.

I don't even disagree with this because the onus is on the men to step up; with the right philosophies-policies, social structures and a stringent regime of socio-cultural governance, we can definitely reach middle class to upper middle-class levels in the West.

Are you implying the vast majority of men would rank Black women more desirable than their own, and other groups of women?
White men undoubtedly prefer their own, followed by East Asian women, dating trends/statistics reflect this.
Arab/East Asian men by far do NOT like Black women, other than their own, they'd most likely choose White. Same goes Hispanics, DESI's, SEA's etc.

Hmmm, I don't know. When Vietnam was invaded and destroyed, that is before the Americans left, their country was put into a meat grinder, most of the men were poor illiterate rice farmers, however not once did that deter any foreign men from denying the beauty of Vietnamese women.
HOA are still seen as desirable, yet their countries are practically failed States.

I agree. even though the system is against them. They should use that as a drive to go strive and do better and beat the system by becoming successful in society rather than use it as an excuse and blame everything going on wrong in their life for that reason.
Eh, I highly doubt White, East Asian, or MENA men would prefer HOA women over their own, but I do believe Black women would have more clout if more HOA representation was green lit.

I don't deny that some American soldiers may have recognised the beauty of Vietnamese women, but surely you understand that the nature of their interactions was not a matter of beauty.
A lot of the Vietnamese women that slept with American soldiers were directed into doing so by the North Vietnamese army and the Vietcong in order to collect Intel.
This is in no way comparable to the image that black rappers and entertainers send out into the world.
