I have health anxiety and I notice something about my body
I can't eat sweet food, cakes, chips, sodas, chocolate without getting diarrhea or nausea and major explosions in my stomach.
I also can't eat a lot i get easily full. Two table spoons of rice and I'll get sick if I eat more I'll puke.
I've been to my doctor and said my only problem is low iron. So I have been on these iron tablets on and off without much change.
My only conclusion is that I have either IBS /Celiac disease or stomach cancer. Google is always right.
You need plenty of Vitamin D. Keep on taking your Iron supplements. Keep up your fruit smoothies, especially during the weeks of heavy periods. Good luck
