I’m aware but this fella is not claiming those Dir that are known to be subject to Oromo assimilation he’s claiming Beesha Gadabursi. We uphold our Lineage & guard it. Anyway his claim is from over a century ago. He’s not one of us anymore even if it’s true.

There are entire communties of what you call 'Beesha Gadabursi' who live in Balbaleti, Adama, Asebe and many other places in Ethiopia and have lived there for over 100 years. This is not actually surprising. There are entire communties who have never even seen Somalia/Somaliland/K5 at all.

All Somalis are minorities n Oromia ofcourse, but there are signficant population numbers of all northern Dir due to a lot of history. There are also Ciise, Gurgura, Akisho. There are even Darood subclans like Jidwaq aswell.

Why are people hating and doubting him shouldn’t the fact that he left the only home he’s ever known and come to a completely foreign land learning a completely foreign language be enough to prove that he is in fact a lost somali which btw is much more common than you think
