Yeah. If you want to really cut your hair you can start small. Maybe around shoulder length? Also the problem with curly hair is shrinkage but your curls will be more defined and healthier. Just don't cut everything.

Hair grows back quickly. Go for it. It's fun to experiment with hair. I cut a lot of inches off recently and I have no regrets. It's so much easier to maintain.
