Saxib the borders of Africa were drawn up by Britain,France and Italy during the colonialism era and today the African Union has made it illegal to redraw these borders and Create new countries out of thin air.

South Sudan was emancipated from North Sudan and even though they fudged it up they're still a new country. It's possible to get recognition from the AU.
What ruined their emancipation struggle is the mess that is Somalia. If Somalia was fighting Ethiopia for two decades instead of eating itself DDSI would have been Western Somalia by now.

Now to address what you've said about getting recognition from the AU then South Sudan is not a good case to make an example of because there was two major powers who had a stake in that particular situation. One was china who was buying a percentage of their national energy imports from the former unified Sudan and the other is the USA who is the only super power on the international stage which means we are living in what can be called pax-americana where the USA brokers power between different parties on the globe.
China was concerned about their own interests which was the continual import of Sudanese oil at the price they have been purchasing it from Sudan for. Sudan was in a worrying situation because the government in Khartoum had to combat a liberation front from a different ethnicity to them. This was a worrying situation for china.
The USA can not allow other global powers like China or Russia to take its position of global superpower which gets to interfere in any part of the world it so choses. It would be a mistake for the American hegemony to just watch their empire fall apart a bit at a time, the same empire they've built after the European empires became exausted due to world war 1 and world war 2. In order to ease Chinese pressure which was attempting to deeply involve itself in Sudans crisis then what the USA did was partition Sudan so that the country doesn't collapse due to civil war leading china to have to get that percentage from a different country that exports oil for a different price to what Sudan was selling It to china for. Sudan was partition by the USA in order for china to be kept happy with the USA's global hegemony.
South Sudan only exists because the big boys on the international stage had a share of the pie. Ogaden region of Ethiopia is not in the same fortunate situation that south Sudan's ethnic minority was against the arabised Sudanese in the North of the country.

Nice try but Eritrea meets the requirements to be a country. The requirements for an African group of people to become a nation is that they must have of been colonised by Europeans and their borders must have of been agreed upon by the European powers of that time which was (British empire, french empire, Italian fascist)
Eritrea was created by Italy so it's technically a country that has the right to exit any union with Ethiopia any time it so chooses. Eritrea and somaliland are in the same situation since somaliland was a country (British somaliland protectorate) that entered union with an Italian colony(italia Somalia) once the British and Italians left the region. The Ogaden region was not created by the Europeans so the borders of Africa won't be change for them but Eritrea already had its borders drawn up by Italy like somalilands borders were drawn up by Britian.

The government that sits in Mugdisho is the only lawful entity that can give somaliland independence. Ethiopia would be breaking international law if it splits Somalia apart so there is no need to have a hostile relationship with Ethiopia over something they have no control on. Remember Ethiopia is not the USA that can break international laws when it feels it's in it's best interest to divert from the straight & narrow.
