He had a gun. A registered gun, in an open carry gun state. And the dude was fairly restrained, How does that justify deliberate murder?

I will stand here and say that I won't pass judgement on these cops. Don't let color be blinded by common sense. Man had a gun and was resisting even though they took a gun away from him the guy was going for somethings. Them cops nervousness is at a high time level. Fear is real. They wanna go home to their family. I've watched police training videos and I know how cop killing situation occurs, in a split second.

His criminal past has everything to do with this, especially since he's been booked for illegal gun and drug possesion before. The cops were called for him WAVING his gun on somebody. He was tased twice but countined resisting and then reached for his gun. A cop is going to choose his and his buddy's life over an ex-felon
