I've never had dandruff and never understood it. Probably cus I don't bomb my head with shampoo or conditioner. Or maybe just lucky genes.
I use to use shampoo every single day since I was a kid but stopped around a month ago and now use shampoo once or twice a week
I don't worry about petty things like dandruff, just wash more often. Does anyone else worry about hair shedding? sometimes i feel like i'm shedding too much hair. Wallahi it's weird waking up and seing so much of your hair on your pillow.

Pray and pray. If it doesn't work then shave it all off but wear a wig. The positive side is that u won't have to worry about hair anymore. The negative is that u won't have hair.

Recently cut my hair because of extreme damages due to colors/ bleaches. I couldn't believe how much dandruff i had under there my whole had was white after cutting my hair i was shocked cus i didn't know i had it when my hair was long.I am trying to regrew my hair and take healthy route. I don't use shampoo anymore i am using acne soaps as a shampoo and natural oils as conditioner. I am going all natural except for the acne soap. I am tired of these chemically enhanced products. I am starting over from scratch. Its been a week now already growing back fast.
If you use coconut oil sometimes it could dry uo and look like a dandruff. What type oils do you use?
Buy a small spray can pour in half a cup of water and then pour another half a cup of apple cider vinegar use it at least twice a week for as long as you need to...best natural remedy
And don't shampoo everyday cos it will dry out your scalp which = more dandruff
Shampoo 2x a week
3x a week if you excercise regularly

Did that help with your dandruff? Has it stopped I have a flaky scalp in the winter but I also have a lot of hair if I don’t wash frequently it starts to flake

It has been a week now i cant see my scalp anymore no whites nothing. I think its normal. If your a guy just shave it off and clean it. You will be fine
I tried it thrice but my dandruff keeps on coming back

Use moisturizers keep shaving. Take aa comb with you aand hair products during the day touch it up every few hrs. Is ok. It comes and goes.
Only moisturizer in my home is coconut and Castrol oil, do you recommend any moisturizers?
