This map is slightly wrong, but no one is denying Djibouti is initially and still a Afar majority land , however most of these area are desertic and scarcely populated place.
70% of the population lives in the Djibouti city capital on the majority of them are Somalis.

Djibouti is 40% afar and 60% somali by population and isse is not 60% if you split that 60 you will have different clans in there. So they deff not majority

I am not defending anything, I am just saying that what is happening today can be explained by the rampant discrimination in the country.
