There is no such thing as the "Oromo nation". They are divided between Christianity, Islam and Waaq. At least 1/3 of them are Oromized Amharas who have traditionally sided with the Habeshas against their "fellow Oromos". The leadership of the Oromos absolutely hate Islam, and turned a blind eye when the TPLF were massacring the Oromo Muslims.

When Ethiopia collapses, their land will be divided between Somalis & Habeshas, and they can form a nation with what is left.

Let them free themselves first and have free Oromia country first then expand to other countries

You can see that some woreda/zones are split between Oromia/Somalia such as MOyale/Liben, Babile, etc..

Those are two maps from different sources. The woreda's have been revised many times it is too hard to count now, the zones not so much but some have changed.
There should be a West Arsi zone for starters.
