The repercussions would be severe for the SFG operating in a donor reliant system if they go on a killing spree of their opponents whether it was legitimate or not and I'm sure they didn't want to draw up Barre comparisons if they undertook that action. I believe SFG's main goal was to cripple the advancement of the secret impeachment plot devised by UAE and advanced by their cronies as noted by the recent ban on political gathering in hotels.
