Don't hate the player hate the game. He is there due to positions allocated for Hargeisa district by the IC (since Somaliland is not a country and is recognized as part of Somalia). Would you rather some Darood take his position and eat in the name of Hargeisa? that doesn't make sense logically. Somalia Government currently is like Lebanon everyone has their allocated positions.

Indeed. If Kenya can pay off some shady minister to try and sell off the Jubbaland sea
to Kenya I don't see why Landers couldn't bribe some PM or Presidents of the past to
sign an understanding for a referendum. It is a bit late for that though the Somalia government
got stronger now and cracks down on shady politicians like Ina Abdishakur.
