Too much mixing will cause a disintegration of the socio-cultural cohesion. We have a lot of collectivist problems because of qabil bs, but encouraging intermarriage will not translate to something better.

It's different from saying; people should be allowed to find partners outside their race; than actively encouraging everybody to find partners outside their ethnicity. If you want the latter to improve the general phenotype of Somalis, then you have shitty values.
