The most important thing you guys are missing from this situation is the respectability politics vis-a vi the Japanese. They are such a successful, influential and economically powerful country that nobody, not even the white supremacists, want to be seen in a bad light in that country.

Its an interesting phenomena that I have only observed with the Japanese. People do not have this sentiment for other East Asian countries or the extremely rich countries in the Gulf, so it can’t just be economics. A tree in the UK is just a tree, but a tree in Japan, that is a fifth dimensional wonder of the world. A cat in Canada is just a cat but a cat in Japan is a creature bred into perfection after centuries of tradition.

What is behind this glazing? We need to dissect it.
