I got cousins who are Somali mother + Yemeni/Kurdish father. Alot of upper class reer Djibouti men just take Somali or afar wives, maybe Yemeni. And then they go cheat with French/Russian girls in parties but that's it. It's not liberal. My mother told me she never wore a hijab when she was younger growing up in Djibouti but the country became more conservative and my sister and cousins wear it.Djibouti is very cosmopolitan, I didnโt even have to wear a scarf in Djibouti City

Djibouti is gonna annex ourselves into somalia the second anything resembling a nationalist strong government appears there.Inshallah when greater somalia inevitable comes around Dijibouti needs to be an autonomous zone like Qubec in canada.
