Radical African Americans could try take over a nation in the Americas (highly unlikely) like Brazil with like 40 mil blacks/pardo. And flood it with wesf africans. Most of them descend from Nigeria and a country soon to be 400 million would easily colonise it. But this would take some serious Xoog from the blacks and it doesn't seem like they are United enough to pull it off. And black Americans, all across the continent, aren't really aggressive or united enough to get land for themselves.
Another way is to just start settling Liberia in West Africa which was made for American madows but I doubt they'd do that. Even though expanding it and setting up a nation for themselves in West agriva would be easy if they untied, they have the population and money to do it. Yes basically every region is a battle royal of tribalism. Balkans, eastern Europe with Slavs, east asia with Chinese, Korean and Japanese, South asians with India & Pakistan, west Africa between every tribe, east africans between oromo, amhara, tigrayan & somali, ect.
