1. Its not "a few" europeans and asians that have it, they ALL do. All non african populations have neanderthal DNA, even east asians and australian aborigines.

2. Most somalis have neanderthal dna, just smaller traces when compared to non africans however it's still fairly ubiquitous.

Makes sense since Afroasiatic people are mostly from Mesopotamia or the Levant

Haplogroup T carrying Somalis do not have any more Middle Eastern ancestry than E1b1b carrying Somalis. The racial make up is identical, just different patrilineals.

There are Benadiri E1b1b1c with high levels of MENA. Haplogroup does not equal autosomal make up.
