One thing I appreciate about Somalis is their dislike of foreigners. I don’t believe they need to be racist or xenophobic to others.

But, so many African countries are comfortable allowing foreign Chinese and French to step all over them. It’s so pathetic and I appreciate that my people understand that foreigners are not a friend. Turkey might be an outlier though.

The belief of a heaven and hell has nothing to do with civilization becoming dull is a ridiculous one, if that was the case what do we make of the many empires that arose and flourished that were based on religion, Islamic empires in West Africa like Mali is well known for its riches and is considered one of the most advanced African empire, an argument can be made that the lack of religion may have something to do with a lower quality of life for a civilization's citizens, the most depressed nations that have the highest suicide rates almost comes exclusively from the least religious nations
