Do you fantasize about someone to help you sleep?

When I’m off the shits I think my dreams are reality. I’ll have a dream I went to IKEA and then search my pockets for the receipt of the lunch I had but then find out I have none because I never left the crib. :cosbyhmm:

To each their own
Fantasising helps ease the mind before going to sleep from my experience.

It's also the only time I can indulge in a imaginative world considering the fact that I don't really dream (or more correctly I don't remember them).

Things I generally fantasise about are things that are pretty much out of reach for the time being, for example an adventure/travelling the world or finding a soulmate.

If you want to have more vivid dreams, try waking up at night on random hours, grab a glass of water to stay hydrated and simply go back to bed

I imagine a bright sunny day the next morning, with birds chirping from tall trees, green grass and bushes, I am sitting on a bench with a cup of coffee observing rabbits just running around, with a smile from ear to ear. :)

I love fantasy land. Sometimes I'm watching tv, I just leave it and go into my imagination, because, yes, my imagination is better than television!
