This picture has a warm tone light/filter which is accenting her hair warm undertone.
but I would say this colour is the typical Somalis/African dark brown/soft-black hair colour.
you can clearly see the hair undertone at bottom.

Not trying to be all "ACKSUALLY I have dark, dark brown hair in the light" but upon closer inspection I see red hues common in brown hair, so I would like to change my vote from black to brown.

My hair is weird because my braids are dark to medium brown in the sunlight, but the poofy hair that’s not in the braids look light brown... and when I brush my hair after airdrying it I’m a light brown cloud . But idk, probably black. No one’s hair remains black in the sunlight, right?
