Do you use a washcloth when you shower or just your hands?

I was raised to just use my hands but thankfully some west african friends in high school put me onto net sponges

It changed my hygiene game completely.

I use a washcloth. I have 20 washcloths so i use a new one every shower.

Walahi I thought using hands to clean was a myth till I came on cadaan social

Was raised to use coarse sponges, might switch to washcloths as they seem to be less expensive in the long run. I practically buy a sponge every other day.

Stop being hyper clean. It’s not good for your skin for you to scrub it like that and strip it completely of its natural oils. Clean your self normally and you’ll be fine

That’s the whole point of soap. To loosen all that dirt and dead skin. Its not just your hands

Soap first, then shampoo and antimicrobial scrubber, and then 2-3 minute cold shower to end it.
