Does dhaqan celis really help?

A proper dhaqan celis should be taking your kids to Somalia for a long enough time that they're indistinguishable from the locals, which depending on their age would require a minimum of 5-10 years experience. Once they're old enough its too late and their 'Say Wallahinimo' dhaqan is solidified in their personality. They are a foreigner to Somalis back home at this point socially speaking.
But 1 year or 2 years ain't going to do nothing but confused the kids even more when they are back to their host country and are behind their peers in social development.
In either case I would advise against it and send the kids to Muslim countries instead.
Deen Celis should be the real emphasis because that's the biggest problem facing youth in the West not their dhaqan. If anything the dhaqan in the West is better than in Somalia if we're being honest. The Cadaans folks just don't have the deen.

Sending your kids to Kenya (when they never had any behavioral problems) is just asking for it. Somalis need to know the difference between deen and dhaqan celis. I did two-two year stays in Kenya. I never had any dhaqan problems. The people you'll meet in Kenya are way worse than the cadaan and madow crackheads at your local inner-city school.
