I meant that time he dissed him. Tbh him not accomplishing much was because the republicans kept blocking every effort. He passed the affordable care act when he a had slim supermajority of Democrats. Republican sen majority leader mitch McConnell stated he'd make him a one-time president. When he tried shutting down Guantanamo bay, they acted like he was letting terrorists out on the loose.

Bill Clinton made mistakes and was Involved in some shady stuff but he was the best president of the 21st century even Trump himself has admitted Obama felt like a lame duck president things moved slow and steady complete opposite of trump and bush

Guantanamo bay was never gonna get shut down potential launching pad of a future invasion of Cuba and putting detainees on trial in America during the 2000s or early 2010s would have been political suicide
