You can still redeem yourself, go pick up a trade or something. Or you will curse yourself and your offspring to join the under-class of the West. Even if you marry a Somali woman, without being skilled, you are dragging yourself, her and your children down. Poverty and instability is inherited.

Not to mention the fact that if you consume alcohol/drugs, it is passed on genetically. Stop thinking about guur and go fix yourself first, a woman is not a rehabilitation centre and your future children don't deserve to inherit whatever you have going on right now.

All sorts of Somalis live back home happily. I know this lady who is not even Muslim who travels back home constantly. If you keep your opinions between you and Ilaahay, Somalis leave you in peace. The trouble is with those who vocalise their non-traditional/non-Islamic beliefs.

They will wake up when the western countries stop being so immigrant friendly and start kicking people out. Also as Muslims the western countries should never be our homes.

To the extent some scholars say that you should only live in non Muslim countries if you are studying or spreading da'wah. Most of us are doing neither.

As Somalis we really need to fight hard for disabled people's rights, and access to normal life. Schools, even something as simple as sidewalks that are wheelchair friendly. Don't even get me started on the lack of affordable healthcare.

Facts! I wish Somalia had security in all its regions. Amazing weather, the food is fresh. You will never feel racism/ like an outsider. You hear the adhan 5 times a day.

Most educated somalis I know that were born here plan on spending the next 30-40 years in the west. Especially the ones that are raising kids.
