I can't imagine how more deserted Berbera will be in 2045 thanks to this deal. The remaining port workers will be fleeing to Hargeisa after Indians come in who will be sleeping at the habour

The contract explains that the workers, truck drivers and port operators will be locals. Some of the specialized jobs will be appointed to people who SL and DP world agree to give, and apparently DP and SL are forming a company between them both. SL and DP world togther will work on the corridor together... Also around 29mins they mention that this contract is not hidden, first it was approved by the president, now they are taking it to the "goolaha wakiilada" & "Goolaha waziirada". These goolo represent every clan in SL. This video is interesting they even explain the phases and what will happen at each phase. Port authority and the boats, and maritimes will be all under the Countries contol....
