Well two things, TURKSOM only trains these troops abroad and in their Mogadishu base. I haven’t yet seen JL SNA getting this training so I assume they still act as a separate division without any command structure beyond JL. Also I’m unaware who funds JL SNA? I assume not the FGS as that seems like the first thing Farmaajo would’ve leveraged if they were.

JL has received training aswell during the Farmajo term it however wasnt enough.

The same funding for the SNA reaches PL and JL the president of Gareenland only has the ability to eat funding from troops in Gareenland. Our command structure is more or less upward to Axmed Madoobe although there are some state figures under him hes the defacto commander in chief.
