Well, we can argue that fuels attraction in some ways. Right now mixed women and Latino women are seen as the most beautiful by many men due to increased proximity via constant social media presence. The ‘ambiguous’ look wasn’t celebrated a few decades ago as only white women were given a platform. Now the beauty standard is those Insta girls who are ambiguous and tanned. White women have even started catfishing as mixed women.
Many white men who are obsessed with East Asian culture tend to put East Asian women on a pedestal. Why? Proximity to Asian culture.
Attraction is a lot more complicated than you’re making it. Scientists even argue as strange as it sounds that men tend to prefer women that have similar traits to their mother.

The idea of men preferring white women is also not set in stone. I think the whole thing is just fake. One min it’s black men at the top, then it’s a preference for white men ect. Now they’ve conducted major studies that say they prefer mixed women which I’m guessing is more recent.
Let’s be real, if that study was done in the 80s, hardly any of them would have said mixed women are the prettiest. Proximity to blackness would have ruled them out. Social views shape a lot of what we see as beautiful. That’s why I don’t take those white women, black women, mixed women studies seriously. Attraction like I mentioned is a lot more complicated and I think recent beauty standards of the ambiguous woman being at top illustrates that.

The Trans-Atlantic slave trade was mostly a consequence of West African kingdoms exchanging their vanquished foes for material possessions from Europeans; it wasn't really about martial weakness, but the fact that there was no religion or set of values that could serve to unify black Africans.
The Igbo were sold into slavery by the Benin Empire and this was the case all over the West African coast.
As for East Africa... Arabs were only successful against small tribes or those that didn't have a martial tradition; the millions that were taken from Southern Sudan were overwhelmingly taken from the non-Nilotic tribes of Western Bahr El Ghazal; my people have been a thorn in the side of the Arabs for a very long time.

The more I read about Malcolm X, the more I’m blown away. What a man. Literally points out everything I was saying. He saw that not elevating your women was a marker of low self esteem. Even points out that white men protect their women, hence so must the black man.

This makes sense; the black people that were sold or born into slavery would definitely have felt weak and emasculated; they were also dehumanized and told that they were just a station above animals.
This is something that has always bothered me; I don't understand how they didn't recognise the dynamics at play -- especially the contemptuous racial theories that they undoubtedly came across.
I think Christianity was a big reason as to why Europeans didn't sell their white Christian brethren into slavery.
I've read accounts of white Europeans that facilitated the enslavement of fellow Europeans to Barbary pirates, but it obviously wasn't even remotely comparable to what West African kingdoms practiced.
These sentiments of entitlement to a collective are what partly fuel the incel epidemic. People are individuals, it's nobodies duty to protect strangers. God tells us to protect your family is all.
