"It also critical that regional tensions not interfere with planning for or deployment of a post-ATMIS mission. We cannot risk the creation of dangerous security gaps or the additional expenses that would be associated with whole changes in troop contributors."

So it's clear the US in not keen on changing the troop contributing countries and neither are they interested in heigtening regional tensions. I don't think Egypt will be accepted into AUSSOM as a troop contributing country.

Somalis of Somaliweyn hate each other too much and the ways of old still persist, that’s why I’m looking to establish a Somali yeoman’s republic in New Zealand where all Somali men no matter their Qabil shall immigrate and can have a right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness and success, here we will not judge you by your tol and abtiirsi but by your deeds and actions, here a man shall harvest his labour and work for the betterment of his family.
