Yes my father was a diplomat under Siyad and regrets ever using his state salary and secretly funding SSDF at Libya as he was posted there also. He refuses to get involved in politics due those 'dambi', he never imagined tho the nation would go the way it did in 91 as he was expecting a new govt only.
