It depands on Dir. Jaarso and Akisho who are Oromo too and Gadabursi see this as alternative to OG and Isaaq Domination. Isaaq have lost their ictiraaf hope and the only card they are playing now is to be part of Ethiopia but have some autonomy. I believe this is how things are heading .

There is Oromo and Dir Coalition even SL wants to join Ethiopia after she lost SSC but Ethiopia is focusing on Gadabursi first and awdal State. Gode was the first Capital of DDS it's close to Baladweyne wich will be good for Hiiraan State and FeerFeer dry port.

No one is taking any land the borders of the Somali region are sacred. It’s you’re job as residents to ensure you’re United and secondly you take political control of the region. So far the regional leader is elected by Addis hence his policies don’t align with yours.
