yes almost all the infrastructure they built from the money they stole has been destroyed.

Yes its some dudes with AKS, nothing too crazy, never even seen one RPG in any footage, its probably hard to import guns all the way up those highlands, all their stuff is probably captured from EDF

It gets smuggled west not south/or east of amhara. EDF would have full control on those choke points but north and west of amhara are easy routes to smuggle from as it’s under fano control.

Eritrea & Sudan are routes established.

we also know tplf currently has anti-drone tech because of the actions taking by edf against fano.

Even ethiopia is corroborating that fano is getting more advanced help than usual.

Also I do not think they were destroyed in the war, as by the time the ENDF captured most of Tigray the TPLF was already weakened so much that heavy fighting did not happen.

The people have suffered immensely but infrastructure has not it seems

No ? They nearly won a war why would they want to be demilitarized, they still have their own army separate from endf
