This conversation wasn't really about my government though (although atrocities of gov doesn't represent the will of innocent civilians). I was just inquiring about the source of this news and I genuinely didn't understand why these soldiers would randomly kill innocent people out of nowhere (so I just wanted in depth full story to make sense of the news).
