It depends where you live tbh, like if you live in an area full if maadows than it's definitely going to seep in real life as I have heard stories. But if your around East Asians than not so much. It really depends on your location and the sort of demographic your around.

In person the incel problem I've seen is usually from other communities. These boys go from misogynistic annoying ass kid to incel pipeline. I think its because parents coddle their sons too much and the environment they are in is hostile to women/girls. When I was in middle school the cadaan, asian and brown boys would constantly harass girls. And the teachers did nothing cuz 1. they liked boys over girls 2. Boys will be boys mentality. Then when these boys treat girls horribly and no girl wants to be with them they turn into out right incels. Haven't really seen it irl with Somalis because they'd get beat up by their siblings or parents. But I grew up with stricter familiy unit like if they heard you bullying people you would be FINISHED (could be different for other people who interact with Somalis). But I've seen it a lot in other communities. Mind you this was the suburbs and they were out right animals.

mental illness is also my theory, I;ve done more research into internet hate subcultures than most and the Somali incel subgroup is the one that I simply cannot pin down to a specific reason no matter how hard I try, it goes against all logic
