Mareexan being the majority followed by Ogaden and Dhulbahante.
Once the Ethiopians kick the OGADEN rebels out, a new state will be formed, a new government, a new flag, a new leader.
This would mean a Mareexan president, and a Dhulbahante VICE president. If SADE is not president, Dhulbahante will hold the seat.
No other clan will govern, OGADEN and Majeerteen are in search of power, not to mention the Ogaden who have no land to claim.

Decision? He was told to leave office multiple times by the majority. This is why the Kenyans are to be replaced in Kismayo.
