I agree with you. I’ve seen whenever Ethiopia needs some positive press and hope for their poor citizens that they’ve won the lottery they announce a find in Ogaden.

ONLF is not exclusionary, it won 87 % of the population’s election. There is no such thing as Somalinimo, there will always be dhabodhilif for ethiopia no matter what because tribes look for their own interests and don’t care about pan-Somali which was created during colonialism. If siding with Ethiopia will empower them they will do that. Changing the name won’t change the fact that the vast majority of fighters and leaders will be Ogaden due to their population share of the region.
