In the grand scheme of things none of that crap matters.
At the end of the day; the dignity that we're so adamant on holding to is currently in the deepest gutter of international rankings.

Our ancestors were expansionist not because they fell in love with the land underneath them but because they were after greener pastures and prosperity (Barwaaqo).
The new greener pastures is international trade but their descendants seemingly lost some brain cells after centuries of inbreeding and forgot what's really important.
