its just not unedible levels of ethnic food like Ethiopian dishes

Somali restaurants have to change their ways. They have to get out of the ghettos and open their restaurants in the down town or outside of the city. It should be a restaurant not a canteen style cafeteria. You should be welcomed by a host and escorted to your table and not go to the counter.
