Somalis cannot fathom the reality that their country is a weak and feeble state that is not respected by the international community and is the subejct of abuse by all countries. If you are weak don't expect other countries not to exploit you. Don't blame Ethiopia or any other country. Any other country would do the same. Somalis are not capable of governance in the 21st century. The biggest mistake the colonial powers did is give an ethnic group a country which is the rarest form of creating a national identity in a post colonial world. A Djiboutian model which incorporates other ethnic groups is essential in state building.
