How would you somehow keep to your roots in the west? You'll lose them more like,(unless you keep to yourselves in a gated community) That can be seen with every dispora community in the west & when things end up going south when the white people become a minority & the Jews jump ship back to Israel then then many developed Ethnically European based nations will become 3rd world nations.

I'm Somali. I don't need to live in somalia to know/feel like I'm Somali. I'll raise my kids in the west. Just like my hooyo has done with me.

Unless you have a good running business back home that guarantees a western income there is no point in sending your kids to a warzone.

People complain that Somali kids in the west lose their daqan and deen due too western culture. This is incorrect the parents are too blame.

Somali kids (especially uk kids) grow up seeing their parents living on welfare,lying to the government about the homes they own back home. Some parents even take out a mortgage. Ofcourse your kid will lose his daqan iyo deen that way.

TLDR,
Your kids are a mirror of yourself. Behave like a good Muslim, talk somali to them, talk about the culture, go on vacations back home(only Ogadan, Puntland & Somaliland though).

I'll stick to trusting the demographics & not waffle from a non native of wherever you reside who's trying to preach about being a good Muslim whilst already having been BLaCKwAshEd, I wonder if it were that easy to raise good children surely dispora communities in the 1st world would be tight knit yet that isn't the case the truth couldn't be further from what you're saying. The white people built up their nations for themselves not to be replaced. I'm not stupid enough to not know what my nation is like but fortunately there people back home Arent like some diaspora people (I wonder what could have they went through to be so blackpilled, depressed etc? They went through zero In Shaa Allah they'll go through something which'll warrant them the brain capacity to think such blackpilled thoughts). The west was once the same only a couple centuries ago. If they had your defeatist attitude they'd have not gotten anywhere (same goes for more recent examples such as China, Singapore, Turkey, South Korea, Gulf Arab nations, Oman, Saudi Arabia & Japan).
