Do you have 300k in your bank? Also the money wouldn't be to buy shit for yourself, you'd be making white people richer. It'd be to invest in the black community.

Nobody pays for the whole house upfront. People put downpayments then pay the mortgage (down payments are around 20% so $30k for a $300k house).
$300k is life change for most Blacks in America.
But the black dollar circulated for 24 hours before going back into the white mans hands (unlike the Asian/African dollar that circulates for a month in our communities). So it’d just make white people richer.
