Nope. Biological father will be the Sir name whether married or not. That is clear in the hadith or quran

We are not talking about adaption. But the case of adulterous wife who is pregnant with another man's kids when it should be her husbands.

Nah came across it, when I stumbled across this fatwa. I was taken aback as I couldn't believe my eyes, then i started researching it. Saw it on Islamqa first.

Shariah law is not American constitution law ok. If the child looks like the neighboring jamaican butcher, that is proof he is the father. We dont need three witnesses or whatever. Just the sir name and bye thank u
