This "Egyptian" existed prior to most if not all eurasian back migrations to Africa so he was eurasian admixed at most. In terms of genetics , he was probably ANA rich(the african component found amongst the Iberomaurusians) . Ancient Egyptians were obviously more eurasian but it was dozens of centuries after

I think people confused by pre pharaoh Egypt and post pharaoh Egypt .
