I want an American Federal system, not this defacto confederacy. Somalia can only prosper with a united foreign policy eventually and shared revenue and education.

We will always be Federal to ease political divisions and give some autonomy to states so they’re everyday lives aren’t interfered with by the government but we shouldn’t allow them undermine our unity and strength on the world stage.

He already tried and failed in his first term. He can however put a wedge between Jubbaland and Puntland by working with one and ignoring the others, but Puntland is very established and can survive isolation by HSM. If you are saying he will attack Puntland using the Somali army, we just wish so. It will be the end of his tenure
