When hiring people you shouldn't look on their skind color, sex or religion but hire them based on their skills required for the specific job role.

Inshallah if I make it and I have a company I would go out of my way to not only purposely seek out Somali talents or other black talents, I’d also make sure they get paid a solid 20% increase on their salary compared to cadaans and all asians (lingslings and Sanjeet) for being “great team players” and would give out most bonus to them and higher bonuses for bogus reasons.
